  • Each 1-hour public session covers strength, mobilitybalance, breathing, and mental focus.

  • All classes are appropriate for golfers at any skill level.

  • Proper attire is whatever you would wear to play golf or workout (except no shoes).

  • Bring one club (mid-iron), a bottle of water, and a yoga mat if you have one (we have mats available you can borrow).
